The Amazon Phase V development in South Lake Union is an 11-story commercial office building with five levels of underground parking. The project includes 360,000 SF of class A office space, 7,300 SF of street level retail space and parking for approximately 500 cars. Green roofs, a featured green wall at pedestrian level and landscaped terraces are part of this project's amenities.

Role:  Lead project architect overseeing project from schematic design to construction documentation, building permitting, and construction administration.
