Amazon Phase IV – Dawson and Ruby Buildings

New Office Buildings, Seattle, WA

The Phase IV of the Amazon headquarters in South Lake Union consists of two separate 12-story office buildings, joined together to form a single tower on levels L6-L10, and share a common podium base at level L1. The project contains approximately 545,000 SF of class A office space, 5,900 SF of street level retail space, and six levels of below grade concrete parking structure for approximately 780 cars. Green roofs and landscaped terraces are part of the amenities for this project.  

The project also includes the renovation of an existing 2-story, 1915 era, brick commercial structure of approximately 25,000 SF.

Role:  Lead project architect overseeing project from schematic design to construction documentation, building permitting, and construction administration.
